Going by past price movements and the price before the validation of the chip announcement that was around 31 cents a share before the massive spike and its come down, I think anytime now is always a good entry seeing the previous news is slowly being factored in IMO. Please DYOR, IMO.
Or what I do, is just hold and the re-evaluate a year later after its commercialisation and then decide if it is a good selling opportunity when the price will be a lot higher than it is now. Your 10 cents may have 30 bagged by then, rather than just 10 bagged. I can't trade nor do I think the time used is an efficient use of my time worrying about short term price movements if I think the fundamentals are sound, Again, IMO.
