I can tell from your response that you don't understand AI the way it is implemented today and how its is being implemented by BRN, which is OK because not everyone is technical. You therefore need an external company to validate it for you.

I guess the ones that do understand, are more comfortable to invest earlier, and the ones that don't understand need to wait for independent valuation.
