Those10 shares as you put it are just the BoT trading and any parcels under $500 minimum are BoT or Professional Traders not retail.
BoTs can do any number in a trade from (1) share to unlimited.
To back this info up, I can personally do down to $25 parcel size trades myself. Your Retail Accounts will not allow this.
