It seems increasingly likely that BRN will make a lot of people very wealthy.

I was reading Glassdoor and there was an employee review from a Fork Lift operator at Facebook. Current market cap over 700 billion. Share price over $240. Mark Zuckerberg personal wealth over $100 billion. The review by the fork lift operator stated that his working conditions were great but he was looking for a better paid position as he could not support his family on $9.93 an hour.

$9.93 US is about $15 AU. Job keeper here pays $20 AU an hour.

Facebook and other corporations are chasing Ai to make this fellow redundant because he is too expensive.

As shareholders of BRN if all goes to plan my hope is that we never let BRN treat those who directly and indirectly have made us very wealthy in a way that ignores the fact that they are real people who should be treated fairly and properly rewarded.

Shareholders can influence how the company behaves.
