Firstly I have said that the announcement will in all likelihood not be appreciated by the market generally but by existing shareholders and as such will have limited effect on the share price.

Then dealing with the question of why am I so sure there will be an announcement. The following is extracted from the advice on the web site about the presentation on the 18.111.20:

"BrainChip’s Founder and CTO, Peter van der Made on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 10:00 am US-PDT for a conversation that will focus on the applications BrainChip has developed on pure spiking platforms, such as Cyber-security, Odor (disease) classification, taste classification, and preventative maintenance using nothing but STDP training"

I have highlighted the relevant words which make clear Peter van der Made is going to disclose information which shareholders and the market generally has not previously had access too and as such is the sort of information which should in my opinion be announced.

The parts I have highlighted are being interpreted by me to mean the following:

Brainchip has developed the ability using AKIDA technology to classify diseases based on Odor and has also developed the ability to classify substances based upon taste. Though we have been told by the CEO that Brainchip has been working on this ability there has so far not been any confirmation that this has been achieved.

The reason that Professor Barry Marshall Noble Laurette came onto the Scientific Advisory Board was to assist with furthering his existing research into developing a breath test for early diagnosis of gastric cancer. Having developed this ability which is what the above says to me is huge from every standpoint from Ai advancing humanity to making shareholders very wealthy.

This is of course my lone opinion and my interpretation of what is going to be spoken about by the CTO so just treat it as another anonymous HC opinion but it is my genuinely held belief and one which you can check and consider and form your own view about.
