Slight correction. The business is NOT ALLOWED to "bank" material announcements until it suits them to release it to the market. They must do it in a timely manner (when they know about the price sensitive information). So I personally don't think they would be waiting for DT conceding to make an announcement. If they had something to say, they would have said it.
