Dude, you cant sell at 97c and buy 8x the amount of shares at 35c.
I haven't done the math but assuming your numbers are right, yes youd make 8x profit but not have 8x shares.
Its for this exact reason Peter Van der made and me and others never sold a single share at 97c, because you can never get back your original volume.
If it worked like you say, we'd all be majority share holders and own the company....see? not possible dude.
