Thats how i felt too. Those tech guys knew what they were looking at even tho it wasn't aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
Also, ill try to make sense here....the chip sitting in all that hardware and fans and cabling made it look like
it was in development, but what I think that is, Is Brainchip need to mimic a valeo sensors hardware (for example) and since they dont have valeos hardware or Intels hardware, they need to create their own...which happens to look like a pulled apart CPU
