I like it when he said that various government agencies have contacted them,is it the-

NASA (we know NASA is working with them)

What will become clear ?

Can't guarantee you that,
but I guess the Whole DIMENSION;
if you want call it that "Wave-HITTING-Influence (Potentials)", of what they're doing,................... I'd say;
will become clearer and clearer at "once" Point I would say.

And that prob will also include some (still) "behind"-"Closed"-Doors-Stuff,
including Any of the Parties, Corporations, Groups involved etc, they're already in Contact with.
(but the Public "does not know", "already")
That is just normally, in such, such, such sensitiv Areas.
As in "that" Spaces you have maaaaassively(!) to deal with "Confidentiality", and All that.
Don't wanna brag or so, but I'm now already trading many, many Years(as One of my 2 Main Focus Sectors) "Technology Developers", and so have "still a bit a Clue" about what talking there, believe me.
Some People are totally naive, and have Milkmaid Points of View to that, the german Boards especially, especially scary in that Sense(to me).
