The vaccine is used to train the immune system to produce antibodies for the vius without causing a full blown infection.
Once an un-innoculated person is CV positive, their immune system should start to produce antibodies. However as the CV 19 will have a head start, it may be too well established for people with weakened immune systems to overcome the virus.
The treatment for an infected person would require a specific anti-viral drug, we don't seem to have a silver bullet at the moment.
