4th dot point - thanks for reminding me. LdN pointed out that in addition to the SoC and the IP in the maskwork, there is also the software which can be licensed on its own. The software (JAST) is covered by the Spikenet patents we purchased with the company and also by copyright. We have also improved on or modified JAST.
