1. It's a 6 months SBIR contract
2. They only make small sat and space delivery
But you never know maybe they'll expand into taking part in spaceship. Then the main take here is this program does expose Loihi which confirms Loihi also meets SWaP requirement so yes I agree with you not all beer and skittles.
