This statement is a real gem. It articulates perfectly what savings in power consumption is really all about.

The prediction by Gartner in the final paragraph is mindboggling, and for the market it's incomprehensible. ...
"These [neuromorphic] chips are expected to be the predominant computing architecture for new, advanced forms of AI deployment by 2025, according to Gartner. By that year Gartner predicts the technology will displace graphics-processing units"
The displacement of GPU's? IMO this's just a load of hyperbole?
But one thing's for sure, (we're seeing it now with NASA) Akida has the capability to turn established AI on it's head.
