BRN management will surely will have the upper hand here while negotiating because the tech is great and there will be others bidders as well. So the company that would want to buy BRN would want all the tech/patent to themselves - this is where BRN would hold an upper hand.
if an acquisition was to happen it will be at a pretty good price.
