I wouldn't be surprised if the NASA contract is also a doorway for US military applications whilst keeping under the space exploration banner. Having a rad hardened AI chip would have it's obvious benefits for key infrastructure against solar storms and emp attacks.
Also my thoughts on the recent share price increase is that not only were we coming out of the christmas/NY period, but the whole US elections took up most of the world's attention. Now that this seems to have settled, people are getting back to work. More big news to come? I certainly think so, the timing is right for the perfect storm. Jmho.
