Yes. At the point where product developed and final contractual terms were to be agreed Angel made a takeover bid. GPI went into trading halt. After takeover completed Angel said to BRN only wanted GPI’s chip business not Casino furniture side so not interested in proceeding further with gaming table solution platform.
The I found the Angel patent application for a gaming table chip management system and asked Jesse to bring it to BRN’s attention.
