interesting, would come down to the fine detail..on the requirements to use or not opposed to something else.... as GPI paid for it.... wouldn't that create the assumption they are in have to ''use'' it mode, and if a company takes over another, they would have to abide by contracts areadly committed too... angel would have done due diligence, an angry shareholder of angel might want to take it further if Angel ends up being at fault, for not doing that due diligence. ... can't really see BRN wanting to go down legal action though?.. a bit of a taint on image.
