In the patent application process, PVDMs the reviewers are constantly citing 'Merolla', eg. Paul Merolla - http://paulmerolla.com/ - one of the co-founders of neuralink
PVDMs work is credited for spike timing
So if you want a chip capable of learning via STDP to be integrated with Neuralink, they know where to find one
