There’s a whole raft of proposals by DOD, US Navy and DARPA that appear to have been written for Akida. A few here have reported this previously and the general consensus as to why is along the lines that Akida appears to be the requirement, but observing due process all comers are invited and when none turn up - Akida becomes the sole source. Now where have we seen that before?AIMO.
