Nice story FF. Also for the young'uns - if you are in Sydney have a walk through the Grace Hotel on York St and read the history of its construction by the Grace brothers and the fascinating story behind it being taken by the Commonwealth Government during World War II, without compensation. FF's story about the brothers wielding power blends with them being tenacious businessmen as well - they took their case against the Commonwealth all the way to the Privy Council in England to get compensated. Great story.
