1. Renesas is the big question. Lou says they are 'material', but I wouldn't expect sales revenue yet for a couple of quarters. The big question is whether Renesas paid a licensing fee that will be brought to book before 31 December. Did the parties sign and hand/receive a payment or did they sign and send an invoice (and if so is the invoice accrued to the December quarter books)?

Violin1, a point to remember about Renesas and whether or not they paid a licensing Fee before 31 December is this.
Australian Tax year is 1 July to 30 June.
USA Tax year is 1 Jan to 31 Dec.

Not sure if thats what your getting at or not. Did Renesas bring the License fee into 2020 Tax year or not. Hopefully YES!
