On the Share Price @jtardif999, if the chip works as designed, I would be really surprised if the SP didn't at least double pretty much straight away. We definitely know that there is real interest in Akida coming from some serious players, the contracts may take some time; but if the chip works as designed, the contracts will definitely come.

Having a working chip isn't game over, but it will make the wait for contracts to arrive, a considerably more comfortable scenario. There are just too many commercial advantages made possible by the Akida tech for competitive business to ignore, I really think for AI edge applications, as a business you ignore Akida at your own peril.

Back at the SP, we know that signed contracts are the end game (fat lady in full cry, closing stanza, curtain ready to come down to rapturous applause); but in terms of incoming cash and whether or not BRN have to CR again, then having a working Akida chip would put the SP in a place well north of where it sits now.

With any luck at all, the BRN BOD might then be able to pull off a raise into a rising price, and not have to go cap in hand to Philip King over at Regal, if in fact a CR is needed.

Given the numerous discussions here around the recent BRN nadir in capital raising, I decided to research when, and at what price BRN has gone to the market for money (since it first raised as the BRN entity in April 2016), so the 5 year chart below (weekly bars) will cover raisings A, B, C, D., because of technical considerations raisings E and F will be incorporated onto a second 2 year chart with daily bars.

    CR
    A. done into a SP that had been declining for the previous 5 to 6 months
    B. conducted at a local low in SP
    C. pulled this one off at close to another local low, so again not great timing
    D. this was a winner, done close to a local high and they raised $21m which gave them something to play with

Before moving on to another chart, I would like to draw your attention to some chart analysis on the above 5 year chart, the top (black) long term downtrend/resistance line has acted as a magnet for any breakouts in price and has had several touches, or near touches over the last 5 years. But IMO this line is important and is the definitive downtrend ine for BRN.

Now I would draw your attention to the lower purple trend line, it has also been operative for 5 years, and its' importance has become much clearer since May last year when I first noticed it as a new low and subsequently in Sept and Dec 2019 as a support/uptrend line.

The second 2 year chart makes these trendlines' importance from a technical perspective more apparent, chart below:

First the technical analysis, point XX below the purple trendline was a 4 year low in price on 25/5/2019, subsequently I identified it as the beginning of an uptrend with subsequent higher lows in Sept and Dec, it was only later, that I realized it was a perfect trend going back to the lows of 2015.

Now take a look at where the Black trendline and Purple trendline converge on the timeline (date), it is (you couldn't make this kind of voodoo up if you tried - really, I was blown out when I saw it), you guessed it, late June - somethings due to happen.......... But the Fat Lady is still in the wings IMO, warming up.

    Back to the CRs
    E. in terms of price they nailed this one in terms of SP, but it was a CN deal which wasn't so good
    F. pricewise it wasn't at the lows, but I pray that it was the nadir, because I don't want anymore of that, but it must be said that the money markets were realllly jittery at the time.

I am not going to get into any talk about management of all these CRs, enough has been said, just thought it would be interesting to have a look at it all, the main thing is that the BRN is still in the game and the potential is manifest. And really the thing that is juicing me the most at the moment is that convergance is coming soon, and almost forgot to say that BRN has broken clear of the green trend channel and is up hard against immediate resistance @8.8c then more at 10c and then........
