I know it's pretty serious material change but what if the purchasing party requested a black out. I worked for an international company we did not report to share holders every contract we get even if it was large. So if an IP deal is struck it's not really going to significantly change the initial revenue but when royalties come at a later day that would add lots of $$$ based on the volume a big partner would have?

There could be a lot of legal tape that my block the news too.
I guess only time will tell.
