On the trader side of things, the only real interest for them would be buying on bounces off the 20MA or some more consolidation. With the 1.6billion shares on issue, traders know that it takes more time for bigger moves to happen.
A stable and gradual reduction in volume and price movement is actually what you want to see before the next leg up. Mark Minnervini describes it as Volume Price Contraction (VPC).
