Your confusing fundamentals technicals with chart technicals. Charts are a consequence of fundamentals. Its through fundamentals that a chart will be created. If the company is strong then it wont matter if the charts say overbought because it will keep rising. Obviously there is always a drop due to profit taking but it doesnt mean it needs to go all the way back down to fill a gap.
