I find Westpac to be fairly reliable (and it looks pretty much identical to the ANZ platform0 - no monthly fees either.
I wouln't recommend IG if you are just a long term holder as they charge a 3 monthly fee, but its probably better if you are a hard core trader as the per- trade commissions are much lower. They are the only ones I have used...
