Not sure why it's taken SW that long to respond. That's not a good first impression maybe send them feedback.
I just use them to place trades as their platform is very easy to use. I still use commsec as still hold other shares with them but not for trading, just to look at market depth and bid and offer ratios which are in real time. Good luck with it.
