    These deals are made as to not upset the SP.

    Had the seller dumped the stock at retail then we would be low 40's now and the seller would have lost around 25%

    Had a buyer wanted in at retail then the SP would be high 60's now and the buyer would have paid 25% more for his shares.

    Its a common sense off market transaction. both parties win.
