True, however Socionext could have sent for production with a terms of agreement with Brn, which should be listed in the annual report.
It does beg the question like you say that if the files are sent then they would have some material transactions in place and these would be announced prior to the annual report.
The share price currently is going up and down and I am under the impression that position is being taken and those that have sold are in a very good position to pounce on the stock the moment its announced so I imagine that the price will drift back to around .58 tomorrow as its likely they will make one or two announcements prior to the annual report.
Again this is my opinion and thoughts only too.
