    Hi FF,

    My hope has always been that the current driving forces behind BRN remain in total control of the company. Many times I have seen the superb groundwork of original innovators trashed after takeovers - both benign and hostile.
    I sincerely hope the current innovators and board members remain in control. I believe that would be the best outcome for investors,
