If what you have posted is 100% factual, well then, that is a concern.
All this ramped up talk about a takeover, I have 1 question:
Why at this early stage would Peter even consider selling ?
The truth is, all your answers would merely be guess's.
Regarding the Board reading these threads, well that's for others to say.
1. can say that the Founder does, off and on, as we have talked about in private correspondence.
2. can say that the Founder is, and I quote "very, very busy".
3. can say that I have put forward my personal views regarding, takeovers, hostile or otherwise, Nasdaq listing, and encouraged our Founder to hold firm, this was conveyed in private correspondence a few months ago.
4. can say that, I personally hope that the company, Brainchip Inc, forges ahead under it's own steam, as the doors Worldwide will just keep on opening up...I wonder how many times Bill Gates had to fend off the pack in the early days ?
