Hi Tech, my thoughts... If a takeover was true pvdn and co would obviously be incorporated into the new company, only thing that would change for them is a big new office and a massive pay rise, they would still have full control of the technology, A name change. End of the day it's just a job, working to provide a comfortable life for themselves and their loved ones... If you were offered multiple millions for your share holding today, would you take it,?, jobs done, time to kick back and enjoy..... I would.
