Tech..........the Form 604 from last Dec is there for all to see. The HOLDER of RELEVENT INTEREST is Anil Mankar. Shares are REGISTERED in Merryl Lynch only as the Broker.
Any transfer whether a sale/buy or transfer to other accounts must have a Form 604 because of a CHANGE in Holder of interest. And there is none!
Sloppy. Market is to be kept informed of any changes. Rules.
Also the sells last Nov & Dec while smallish set the "modus operandi" in regard to following the rules.
