Tech............another way to look at this is..................The latest Top 20 Holder list from 16 Feb 2021 does not show him "controlling" his 115,589,913 shares anymore.
Therefore he must notify both the company, ASX and shareholders ............WHO DOES control those shares and most importantly..........
WHO CONTROLS THE VOTES FROM THOSE SHARES!
Because thats vital information to shareholders & market.
