These are the sorts of ideas that retail can generate and support companies in understanding that such initiatives would or would not be supported by retail.
Ever since reading that a forklift driver at Facebook was only being paid the equivalent of AU$14.50 an hour and he had to find another job because he could not support his family I have wondered about the staff in India.
I may be well be wrong but having a way to let management know that retail would prefer a certain standard of care even at the cost of a couple of cents off a dividend would likely be welcomed by management rather than thinking profit at all costs.
Anyway I will go back into my shell on this and leave it to others to contemplate or not.
