Yes Dolci .....BUT.........he then must have moved 10.07% all his holdings..........which DID require a Form! It also required a Form 604 from Merryl Lynch which of course would never come. Big guys are protected.
The Market must know who is controlling those shares & votes, Rules. Paper trail.
