According to this Korean YTuber (50+K subscriber), the 3rd wave silicon chip deployment 'Neuromorphic' (NPU) technology will start shortly. His time frame suggest NPU's will dominate the market by 2025.
This is a translated snipped of his YouTube clip:

The clip is in Korean but you can see through images he discusses some of the major players in the industry (no BRN mentioned).
