This was announced when they announced the research centres in Western Australia, France and USA.
When the COVID pandemic stopped international flights the CEO was scheduled to spend I think he said six weeks in Asia covering Sth Korea (where the other major potential customer is who has been testing AKIDA to death) and Shanghai to meet with potential customers and to work on setting up the research/innovation centre.
He mentioned that though not being able to go created difficulties they were working around it and it was going well.
Not sure if it was in the same interview but CEO said that Roger Levinson was tasked with keeping China on track.
All from memory so not suggesting it is word perfect but it is factually accurate but as they say my opinion only and DYOR.
