As usual FF has it at his fingertips. While I can't add any more precision to FF's prognostications, my thoughts: As you point out, 3rd parties have had access to ADE for some time. In addition, I guess they would have had the FPGA. The Akida masks were available in April, and the neural fabric was part of that. So they would have had prety much all the information BRN could supply at that time. BRN engineers are also likely providing assistance with adaptaiion of BRN IP to 3rd party applications, although we seem to have had all hands to the pumps for the last 3 months, so we may be able to provide more assistance to third parties now.
