FF forgive me if I have missed your point but I am referring to an artificial problem - since the advent of SNNs. I’m not referring to it being a natural problem, if it were we’d be in a bit of strife as a species wouldn’t we? Although hey, it might apply to some of our world leadersPerhaps the tendency to stop learning is a natural problem as we get older.
