Just buyers sitting in wait to buy as cheaply as possible.
The logic is "why pay more if I can just sit and wait for the recent traders who are sitting on a profit to sell?"
Patience is a virtue, except when you are playing this game and an announcement gets dropped, then you feel stupid because you weren't prepared to pay another half a cent to make sure you were a holder before it happened.
This is the sort of stock that could suddenly go up heaps with a positive announcement.
