Had completely slipped my mind but do remember standing watching the TV as Australia crossed the finishing line to bring home the cup and then driving like a lunatic to work.
Greatness coming out of WA is not a recent phenomena. The name Ben Lexen and his winged keel should be etched in the minds of every Australian as an example of what can be achieved against overwhelming odds and moving goal posts.
In 50 years time I expect that someone on the future incantation of HC will be saying the same thing about Peter van der Made and the first AKIDA1000 chip.
