Yeah but we didn't find out about that properly until the ASX got involved and made them identify Ford. The ASX are cracking down and won't allow announcements on the basis of informing SH's of NDA's only, otherwise they will come out a-plenty, substance or not, with the potential to impact SP.
I don't mind this approach. Reduces the risk level associated with a volatile SP created by uninformed investors jumping in and out all of the time.
A press release allows for information to reach the wider market, allow investors time to digest the content and opportunity, and put BRN on a watch list for follow up announcements and news on commercial and engineering progress.
