I don’t understand? What is there in that description of Carlsons presentation that tells you it is or isn’t the chip? They probably don’t want to make it obvious at this stage that it is the chip since the chips validity has not been announced yet. And probably whoever crafted the presentation description doesn’t know the outcome yet.
