On computer but not phone. You have to go to trading and then there is conditional orders. You also have to have subscribed to it. Which you get for free each month if you spend over something like $200 a month in trading fees. But i find stop losses are commonly used by trade manipulators. They will look at say an area around the 30 cent mark and try to drop the price to trigger all the stop losses and clean up some cheap shares. Just my opinion anyway. I don't them, but like many have set up alerts. Good luck...
