I don't think any of them will hit the market anytime soon. nVidia have been working on acceleration of AI, I haven't heard about real AI from them. IBM have had problems with precision. Intel says themselves that it can take years before they enter their market, although they might be used in some fighter jets by now.
IBM and Intel also seems to appeal more to the server market and not edge. If nVidia did any AI chip, they would probably also cover their existing server market first.
