    A fair and reasonable question/observations.

    No, didn't mortgage anything.

First rule of share market investment - never invest money you are not in a position to lose.

I have many other stocks. Some are 3 years from getting back to green. I didn't sell them to raise extra cash to buy more BRN (in hindsight the wrong decision, but at the time the right decision).

Look. We could wake up tomorrow and BRN could crash - I've written before that a highly probable scenario is that they announce that Akida needs more work to get the fabrication right. But, I won't be selling. The manufacturing phase is the formality part of the development cycle.

Having invested in Gold, Lithium, Biotech and others - this is the first stock I have seen in years that has true stellar potential.

I've seen mining stocks go BALLISTIC on a significant find and they still need $1 billion to build a plant and three years before they start shipping product.

Artificial Intelligence at the edge is the next big enabler. It's as big as the invention of the microprocessor and the internet. And we don't even know the full potential.

Others can see it which is (perhaps) why we traded over 100 million shares today and the stock has gone from 5 cents to 50 in a matter of weeks.

What's my technical insight? I did computer science at University (first year Uni we trained on IBM punch card machines, by the time I had finished university, we were programming microprocessors in assembly language, and my electronic engineering friends were designing integrated circuits in the VLSI suite) - that's how fast the world was changing. Since University I have worked in Industrial and Technology Marketing developing strategies, help write tenders for tech projects, advised on business strategy and run a team of people who build websites, and digital marketing.. and blah, blah, blah.

I have maintained a keen interest in technology (with a particular sweet spot for IT and Electronics) so, while I am not an expert like the blokes at BRN are, I also don't glaze over when the talk gets technical.

    BUT! Here's the catch.

Things can change and not just for technical reasons.

    Patents can be challenged.
Competitors can launch bigger, better, faster.
Key executives can leave, get caught with their hands in the till, or up a skirt.

Or, the chip just doesn't do what they thought it would.
