I'm also thinking in the wider military context- the ability for akida to learn... depending how quickly it can learn...there's possibilities for countermeasures too. It could detect radar (and other) signatures and calculate an appropriate jamming response in real time - and in missiles it could learn to beat countermeasures such as chaff and continue to track the target. There are endless possibilities and hopefully DARPA gives us lots of money to explore all of them... they obviously know who we are.
