I would say you are 100% correct, I will say that this will hit 3.7c tomorrow, as the US market futures are showing now 1200+ point down for tomorrows open, the ASX has closed 7.4% down & more to come tomorrow,.... The money will be hard to find now for that next CR,.... they really need that IP sale soon as you say just to reassure investors, March Q is coming to the end, nothing ANN by the Management so far, things don't look good @ the moment Hardley any Money left in the Bank,

They really wouldn't want to be raising any Money now, if they are @ this price they would be the Dumbest Management that Managed a Company.
If there is no revenue reported by the end of the month you will see that 3c for sure.....some on here didn't like my predictions as this reality is actually happening now,
