Once the engineering samples have been dispatched by TSMC, Brainchip have 6 months to place a Mass Production order, the terms are very clear, or the Design Files/Wafer Design are destroyed to protect Peters IP.

Roger hinted that, Mass Production of Neuromorphic Chips would come on-line in 2021..time will tell...
6 months is the deadline to Mass Produce...it's going to be pretty easy to work out the timeline, once we receive the engineering samples.

So in my view, with a current cash burn of approximately 2.5 million USD per quarter, we are going to be squeezed tight by around mid July....I would like to see an investment of 10 Million USD to cover us for a maximum of 12 months if things are still being run tightly, now, if you were trying to sign someone up, despite what some think in this market, cream raises to the top, it's an easier sell than 12 months ago...production isn't fluff, it's officially up and running, what a time to investment at these low levels...who knows, a major player may have already been sniffing around for the last 12 months or more, we are on a winner, and we all know it....scientists and engineers in this neuromorphic space are just as intelligent as Peter and Co...they know it as well, but egos, how much money major players have already invested in their AI and MAC accelerators etc...are their hands tied at present, I would suggest yes.
